With RRCA certification and an impressive background in marathons and triathlons, Brie understands what it takes to succeed—both physically and mentally. She creates tailored training plans for runners and multi-sport athletes, always focused on individual progress and long-term development. Whether you're tackling your first race or looking to set a new PR, Brie’s coaching is designed to push you to new heights, all while fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Lauren is a seasoned athlete and coach at XTRA MILE LIFESTYLE, with years of experience guiding individuals in both running and triathlon training.

Her expertise covers all aspects of triathlon, as well as road and trail running. Lauren is passionate about working with athletes at every stage of their journey, from beginners to seasoned competitors.

With a focus on strategy, technique, and mental resilience, she equips her athletes with the tools and mindset needed to push past their limits and achieve their personal bests.
